3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
The Weekend Job went smoothly yesterday which helped overcome some underlying resentment and means that my mind is freed to focus elsewhere. I am convinced that for this character to progress as intended, 24-7 focus on that intended is required. Indeed focus is everything. I need to keep it "fit" and continually exercised. Right now, I'm so focused that focus is all I'm thinking of!

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you focused, and if so, is it on the right thing?

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
When I go through a car wash, I close my eyes because it's easier to pretend I'm in a car that way. :D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
John Oliver on Hitler in Thailand

8. TRIVIA
Penguins swallow pebbles and stones as well as their food. Scientists believe that the stones may help grind up and digest their food. The stones may also add enough extra weight to help penguins dive deeper.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Difficulties impede the progress of those who are weak. For the strong, however, they are an opportunity to open wide the doors to a bright future. Everything is determined by our attitude, by our resolve.
