3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
It's very easy to make Missus day. All I need to do is take her to Marks And Spencer in Leeds, buy her a cuppa and a cake in their cafe and a couple of items in the food hall and she comes home looking like I made her cum all day. This morning I will be taking her round ASDA for the weekly shop and it will be similar in effect.

Of course for me this is all sacrificial personally, but I do derive much indirect pleasure at making Missus happy. I have found that the key to success in such outings is to be psychologically geared up for them. If it's all pre-arranged, you can have your mind in the right place during the event. I'm much less keen being dragged to events that I did not arrange without notice. Fortunately I'm now in a position where unlike most husbands I can avoid this altogether!

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Do you know how to make someone else happy?

6. TODAY'S ONELINER

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!

8. TRIVIA
In 1995, before television was common in Fiji, Fijians thought the ideal body shape was round, plump, and soft. After three years of watching American shows such as Melrose Place and Beverley Hills 90210, girls in Fiji began developing eating disorders. Fijian females who watched TV three or more hours a night were 50% more likely to feel “too big” or “too fat” than those who watched less TV.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Just as a spring breeze awakens tender new shoots of green, sincere encouragement can thaw a frozen heart and instill courage. It is the most powerful means to rejuvenate the human spirit.
