3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
In a 9.5 hour "sleep marathon", I paid off all the sleep-debt recently accrued. I hit the sack at 9pm, woke briefly for a piss at 1.10am, and woke up fully at the unheard-of time of 6.40 am - virtually the middle of the day for me!

I will certainly be healthier for it, especially after Good Friday - a day off the Weekend Job and a blissful experience of sex, tea and chocolate, rounded off with a fish & chip supper and an interesting TV documentary - marvelous!

With nutrition being indulged in for the past two days, a day of fasting will restore balance before the "chocolate onslaught" of the next few days.

While these are interesting observations of the character I play, the Consciousness intends to rise above the drama, good and bad. The character I play wants to be put to sleep anyway so it's appropriate for the seat of consciousness to rise above it.

I have concluded that the mind is a lens through which the Universal Consciousness can focus on a single point. I am still happy to keep using that lens while it still lives, but I intend to shift the focal point onto Universal Consciousness itself and let the character run itself. Living AS the character I feel I have "been there done that" and while the character has a purpose to complete, my consciousness is not required to be lost within the character.
