3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
It has become clear to me that to be focused on my purpose and to keep my mind empty I need to fuse these two intentions into a single meme. I therefore designed one and put it on my desktop:
I will probably tweak this in the coming days but it's good enough for now to quiet and empty my mind and keep it "locked on" to purpose so I've got it on my computer desktop.
The problem with this particular mind is that it easily wanders off into very dark places, so it's important to have a meme strong enough to hold it in place. This seems to be doing the trick so far!

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Do you have a strategy for keeping your mind in the right place?
