3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Having awoke at 4am for a wee, I could not resist the opportunity to stay awake and get all my blogging done and generally get in front before paying back all the sleep debt in the afternoon!

The Twitter front has gone quiet, so whilst I may not have got to the bottom of it, there appears to be no further problems. The oven problem has made progress in that an engineer is coming Tuesday.

So, with nothing hanging over my head and no major distractions, I can rest up and pursue brain-maintenance today before launching into next week. I am more-than-ever grateful for the little bubble-world of home where I'm loved, accepted and make a difference. However, I'm wise enough to know that I must "make hay while the sun shines" so I am prepared for when my bubble-world eventually pops.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are living with the acceptance that all things must pass?

6. TODAY'S ONELINER

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!

8. TRIVIA
After horses became domesticated around 4000 B.C., many Indo-European cultures regarded horses as a supreme sacrifice to their gods and often ritually entombed horses. People in the Caucasus practiced horse sacrifice as late as the 1800s.

9. ZEN WISDOM
The greatest tragedy in life is not to die, it is to live as if dead, to let the life within us wither. Toward what goal or achievement are we striving in life? This is the important question to ask ourselves.
