3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
After a long run of fairly short sleep (5-6 hours per night), in the last two days my mind has veered the other way! I slept 2000-0500 on Monday night (9 hours) and had 8 hours last night. I do not have an explanation for this, but I've learned to go with what my brain needs.

We have all come down with a throat infection! However, I fully expect my own symptoms to get no worse than a "glow" at the back of my throat and a dull ache in the lymph nodes as my Rottweiler immune system is already on the case. Son and Missus will suffer a little more but both have no option but to carry on anyway!

I am entering a busier period than it was in Autumn and I'm loving it! I know what I'm doing and believe in it absolutely - all the more sweeter because I know what it's like to have no idea what I'm doing and not believing in it anyway.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Do you believe in what you're doing?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

A north-westerly breeze will blow throughout

Sunset at 15:49

Weathertrack: High pressure extending over Britain will keep the weather cold, dry and calm

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
A  burglar in a circus big top was arrested for loitering within tent :D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Never Mind The Buzzcocks: Simon Amstell's Best Bits very good!

8. TRIVIA
The 1906 earthquake in California was before the Richter scale, but scientists estimate it would rank as a 7.8. As much as 90% of the damage in San Francisco was from fires caused by cracked gas pipes. San Francisco burned for three days and nights.

9. ZEN WISDOM
People shouldn’t hesitate to exert their all, in a way true to themselves. How can you possibly ever know how far or fast you can go if you’ve never run all-out? To give up even before you’ve started is actually arrogance—an affront to the wondrous power of life within you and disrespectful to yourself.
