3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Much to my surprise the new Virgin Superhub is now working perfectly! My guess is that our upgrade in broadband speed had not yet kicked in and the hub was not designed for the "throttled back" broadband we had been getting. As it is I now have super-whizzy broadband and along with the new cable box, I am like a kid with new toys!

Now that my new Virgin Media package has bedded-in, next week I can finally return my attention to my marketing campaign so it's ready to launch before year end. To my surprise I've had a jump in the number of enquiries before Christmas, which surprisedme a little - I would have thought it would be "dead" until New Year. Still, I'm not complaining!

My self-development continues as I have fully grasped how crucial it is to have my attention in the right place. I believe that absolute faith in my intuition is critical to my further development, so my emotional focus is on faith and gratitude.

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
The Graham Norton Show - Unbelievable "Red Chair" Stories

8. TRIVIA
Richard Wagner’s Der Ring des Nibelungen (The Ring of the Nibelung) is a cycle of four operas (Das Rheingold, Die Walküre, Siegried, and Göotterdämmurung). When performed in a series as a whole rather than individually, the The Ring becomes the world’s longest opera at over 14 hours. Written over 30 years, it is based loosely on a Norse legend of the Nibelungenlied and has many parallels with Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings trilogy.

9. ZEN WISDOM
The most crippling and self-sabotaging belief is that you end at your skin
