3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I enjoyed sex last night. This was unusual firstly because Sunday evening is not a usual occasion, and secondly because I initiated it spontaneously and without chemical assistance. This has left me with the question of how did I achieve it?

Clearly a combination of factors were involved. I was relaxed, well-fed and hydrated. It had also been a few days since the last orgasm. There appears to be life in the old nob yet, although not reliably or consistently. Still it's comforting to know that whilst I have erectile dysfunction, I'm not impotent!

The Magic Blue Tablets enable me to schedule occasions, but it's comforting to know that without them, there is still a libido underneath, that when not forced, still functions, if not at the virility of the man in his prime.

I have been contemplating my recent distress at the inadequacy of time and also done some study on it. My learning tells me it's an attachment that needs to be released. It's now particularly important that I don't cling to circumstances as they are not only temporary but increasingly so!

My focus needs to be on the difference I am making at this moment, to self, others or the environment and with the underlying Attitude of Gratitude. My circumstances, though not without challenges, have never been better, but it's very important not to cling to them - they are passing! The difference I can make is the only constant, and THAT must be my focus.

8. TRIVIA
For reasons that are unknown, males dream of males more often than females dream of males. This sexual asymmetry is universal and has emerged from at least 29 different comparisons of male and female dreams—and it holds true for children, adolescents, and adults in all parts of the world.

9. ZEN WISDOM
“Dig beneath your feet, there you will find a spring.” The place where you are now is crucial. Never try to avoid that which you must do.
