3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I'm very pleased with my progress on Total Internal Silence, and when focused I can do it at will. The challenge now is to be continually focused! As my skill increases, I expect the length of time internally silent to expand. The feeling is oddly pleasant! I can feel my mind processing sensory input but it's wordless - no internal discussion or debate - I just kinda get on with things.

This is a very significant breakthrough and has taken me several years to achieve. Through persistence I have successfully re-trained my mind to process data at the subconscious level. This has profound implications for my health and wellbeing, as it stops negative thought and memory getting access to my attention and therefore my endocrine (hormonal) system.

This will also mean I cope much better with regular minor adversities, particularly unreliable public transport and electronics, which have caused me to completely "lose it" in the past. I have had a good "test" in the past 12 hours with firstly a TV reception problem upstairs last night and a faltering internet connection this morning. I have been cool as a cucumber!

I would love to share this wonderful discovery but it's like telling people you've spoken with an alien. However this does not distress me. My training tells me I need only be concerned with my own self-development, and that will attract those destined to seek self-development themselves.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
How wonderful would it be to have no conflict inside yourself?
