3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
With both the other family members off sick, it's turning into an unusual week, but what I've lost in time to myself I've regained in not having to do any significant catering. If anything, I seem to have made a profit in available time!

It has occurred to me that if I get ill, we may have a problem! Indeed, I have awoken with a sore throat, but I have every intention of fighting off infection, so far as its down to my will.

With time and space reasonably abundant, I have ample opportunity to keep my consciousness at the level of Higher Awareness and to generally self-develop.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you ready to exploit all the opportunities that come your way today?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

Damp and overcast thereafter
A strong north-easterly wind will gradually ease

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
I went on holiday and the beach was covered in cakes, blancmange, crumble, fruit pies and custard. Apparently, it was a dessert island. :D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Frankie Boyle Live At The Referendum

8. TRIVIA
The largest number of fatalities ever in a production of a film occurred during the shooting of the 1931 film Viking. Twenty-seven people died, including the director and cinematographer, when a ship they were shooting from exploded in the ice off the coast of Newfoundland.

9. ZEN WISDOM
The courage to meet and talk with people is absolutely crucial. Choosing dialogue is itself the triumph of peace and of humanity.
