3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I was somewhat disappointed but also educated last night how easily my consciousness slipped back into character, in a minor way and without serious consequences but nevertheless negatively. I got frustrated over a few trivial situations, and though no one got upset, it felt like a defeat.

To maintain consciousness at universal level is not a default mode and requires continual concentration. I simply lost that concentration and became immersed in character again. The lesson is therefore obvious: greater concentration in interactions is required.

Fortunately, in the overall scheme of things, there is not a lot at stake, certainly not salvation. The aim is to simply see more and suffer less from this perspective in spacetime. Nevertheless I intend to be relentless in the pursuit. Through continual practice I relax deeper and listen more, and move closer to the perpetual universal consciousness I seek.
