3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
My return to the Weekend Job was painless after a two-week break and in fact with the removal of counter-productive management interference, the job is quite tolerable. Back on the home front after a cancellation by Daughter, Missus enjoyed the warm-hearted care of Son this weekend instead of getting ghastly treatment at the hands of Daughter. My Son is a total delight to be around, and I never cease to be astonished how different Son and Daughter are after having been brought up the same.

I have developed a painful muscle strain in my left arm which seems to be going nowhere at healing. It's enough to make its' presence felt but not enough to stop me doing anything, so it's a case of being aware of it and seeing how things develop.

Daughter mistreating Missus and painful left arm notwithstanding, I continue to lead a blissful happy life. I am fulfilling my purpose and making the most of every moment of the Life Experience. I press on toward the goal of Total Internal Silence and being intuition-directed.

8. TRIVIA
The largest item found on any menu is roasted camel which is still served at some Bedouin weddings and was offered by royalty in Morocco several hundred years ago. The camel is cleaned and then stuffed with one whole lamb, 20 chickens, 60 eggs, and 110 gallons of water, among other ingredients.

9. ZEN WISDOM
People who live a life of tenacity and challenge break through all the obstacles they face just as water eventually carves a path through rock. Be strong like constantly flowing water, ever moving forward.
