3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
There is nothing as fulfilling as making a difference. I love the fact that at home I am needed and wanted, and lots of little things I do add up to something important. Home is a little bubble of bliss. I fully intend to savour every minute. It's only really this year that home life has become totally free of unhappiness at home so I think I have earned the right.

This happiness has expended to the Weekend Job where heavy-handed management has evaporated so even there I am currently content. Amidst all this happiness I am not complacent - I fully understand the need for external and internal vigilance. My own mind has the capacity for total self-destruction if I was to let attention off its tight leash. Daily discipline will prolong the happiness I am currently enjoying.

I have fully come to terms with the fact that you can't hold on to or "freeze-frame" life at the good bits. Life is a temporary experience and it's important to make it fulfilling and pass on wisdom to the other nodes of consciousness that follow on.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you making the most of this temporary life experience?

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
How many tales are there about ancient Greeks? You do the myths :D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!

8. TRIVIA
Corn dextrin, a common thickener used in junk food, is also the glue on envelopes and postage stamps.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Our ability to respect others is the true mark of our humanity. Respect for other people is the essence of human rights.
