3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I now have so much promotional stuff on the go! I have a presence on Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Yahoo Answers, HotFrog, and one or two others! There is consequently always something to post or update. In addition I have got the idea for my third book! It will be called HAPPINESS FOR MISERABLE FOLK and I will set about beginning it at some point this week.

This prolific online presence has a single aim - to drive traffic and therefore clients to my website! My clients these days now find me via Google! And I have to say I enjoy doing it all! I am very happy with my work/life balance, although I have to keep an eye on weight and finance - these things I accept as a challenge well-worth facing in return for the life-experience I am having.

On spiritual front I am doing well at keeping my attention focused on my prime objective of Peace of Mind, and life right now is bliss and gratitude. I must admit that the experience is that much more relished by knowing how it feels NOT to have love, peace of mind and comfort!

8. TRIVIA
There have been four major global flu pandemics since 1900. The most recent pandemic is the current swine flu (officially named “Novel H1N1 Influenza A”). The last global pandemic was the Hong Kong flu (1968-1969) which killed approximately one million people. The Asian flu pandemic (1957-1958) originated in China and is estimated to have killed between one and four million people. The Spanish flu pandemic (1918-1919) killed between 50-100 million people worldwide.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Ideal love is fostered only between two sincere, mature and independent people. Real love is not two people clinging to each other; it can only be fostered between two strong people and secure in their individuality.
