3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION 
Of course I have no regrets about moving my Practice to my home, but a noted side-effect was to put on weight! I am not getting the exercise I used to get. This to be honest does not bother me personally - I am fully mobile ad healthy for my age, but I am conscious that as a therapist it doesn't convey the best image. 

I also know as a therapist that if I wanted to drop a few stone that there would need to be permanent changes to mylifestyle - and to be honest I love my lifestyle as it is! I have never been happier! However, I am going to impose some new simple rules - no eating after 7pm, no eating between meals, and not eating alone if I'm not hungry.

In addition, I'll give my intention a slight tweak - it will be peace of mind with a reasonably lean frame. If weight starts dropping off as a result of these changes I'll make a publicity exercise out of it.
