3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
It's one of those blissful days where I know exactly what I need to do, externally and internally, subject to the unexpected of course. It is important to keep learning, but it's also good to have times where you simply put into practice what you have learned.

It is a most blissful feeling indeed to know what you're doing, why you're doing it and to be solely focused on the moment. This is truly living! I'm very clear what this life experience is. It is a wave in the ocean of the universe that gathers energy and then passes it on as it is re-absorbed back into the universe. I intend to pass on as much wisdom and difference as I can.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU

Scientists believe that bats first appeared 65-100 million years ago, the same time as the dinosaurs. The earliest known megabats lived 35 million years ago. Many scientists believe that megabats may be more closely related to primates (monkeys, apes, and humans) than they are to modern bats.

9. ZEN WISDOM
The struggle between happiness and unhappiness is the story of human existence. The struggle between peace and war is the history of the human race. The power that leads us to victory in these struggles is the power of good within us.
