3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
My mini "purple patch" continues with a successful client consultation, another to come and a blissful home life. I have reconnected strongly to my Higher Self and the self-belief generated is carrying me on an upward spiral.

I have been strongly reminded of the importance of the spiritual dimension to my life and that the temporary ephemeral character I play is much less important than The Player.

I continue to be mystified why my stomach appears to have suddenly shrunk, at least in tolerance but it is a very welcome gift! I don't appear to be ill, so I'll just go with it.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you doing what you were born to do?

6. TODAY'S ONELINER

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Never Mind The Buzzcocks - The Cheeky Girls Line Up VERY funny!

8. TRIVIA
Researchers have found that bullying roles (those who bully and their victims) remain fairly stable throughout school. For example, even after switching to a new classroom, victims of bullying continued to be victims. However, by the age of 23, the roles become less stable and victims of bullies are not as harassed or socially isolated.

9. ZEN  WISDOM
Defeat lies not in failing or making mistakes; rather, it lies in giving up on ourselves when we do so.
