3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I am generally pleased with my progress in my transfer of focus. I define my ego as that part of myself that chooses where my consciousness is focused. I have shifted this focus away from problems and issues to my Higher Self, relying on intuition to make the decisions.

However, this requires continual mental effort as otherwise focus slips back to the default mode of issues, which causes parts of my mind unable to deal with them to produce unproductive responses. When I consciously hand over these issues to subconscious parts, both my performance and my perception becomes more positive.

I am very much a learner-driver in this, still feeling my way along. Negativity is still evoked of course, but increasingly less pronounced and in shorter spells. I'm already feeling the benefits of my new focus and I'm consequently encouraged and motivated to pursue it.

Courage, strength and wisdom well up in those who consciously take on everything as the protagonist and person responsible for achieving their goals. Unlimited wisdom and ardent resolve arise from a sense of responsibility.
