3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Yesterday's circumstances were as benevolent as it gets, with abundant time free of distractions, which I used to prepare client sessions for next week and do some online promotional work.

In addition, I now have the mental strategies in place to maximise my effectiveness. It's great to have positive circumstances, and it's important to express gratitude for them, but I know that what really matters is the correct response to all circumstances, and to be guided by intuition rather than ego.

My intention now is to build up my concentration to ever higher levels to make my character as robust and effective as possible, drawing on the power of my subconscious and Higher Self, in order to have the most fulfilling life experience.

9. ZEN WISDOM
“What kind of future do I envision for myself? What kind of self am I trying to develop? What do I want to accomplish in my life?” The thing is to paint this vision of your life in your heart as specifically as possible. That “painting” itself becomes the design of your future. The power of the heart enables us to actually create with our lives a wonderful masterpiece in accordance with that design.
