3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Recent events at the Weekend Job have got to me more than I had anticipated, and despite my best efforts at grounding, they have occasionally invaded the forefront of my mind. Regardless of the outcome of a disciplinary meeting tomorrow, there is going to be upheaval, either in a continued fight to be exonerated or a fight for a departmental move. I have been struck how different a personality my character is depending on the people and circumstances faced. In my Consulting Room with clients and in the cosiness of home life it feels like I'm flying!
Experience has led me to believe that most people would be perfectly happy and thrive if only they could find the job and company that actually suited them. I have been reinforced in the conviction that it is better to fail at something you love than do well at something you hate.
I will therefore pursue relentlessly the life path that suits me and let every failure double my determination to live life to the maximum of my potential.
