3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
With the Common Cold infecting the house, I have reluctantly cancelled all client appointments this week and it will be a time for family, thought and consolidation. With Son and Missus off for Easter, and neither of them "morning people", an abundance of morning me-time will be enjoyed. I will use this time to advance my objectives as well as enjoying a splash of self-indulgence.

I particularly wish to make significant advances in Total Internal Silence while there is a lull in deadlines and other distractions. The ideal objective would be to finish the Easter break having completely defeated this recent viral invasion, and a have silent mind directed purely by intuition. We will see!
