3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Thursdays present the greatest opportunities for consolidation and focus on goals as there are fewest distractions - no pressing tasks and the house to myself in the daytime. Reaffirming goals and evaluation of progress will definitely be happening today.

I am particularly pleased with my progress in mindfulness of late. When my mind runs off into nonexistent scenarios I am catching myself doing it quicker, and thus re-grounding quicker. I am also improving the periods of internal silence, but I want to make much more progress in this discipline.

I also need to review my marketing tactics and what I'm doing to make potential clients choose me above the local competition. After a period of distraction where I got absorbed into learning how to make my own animations, I am ready to move forward in a more time-balanced way.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.  : D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Dylan Moran on Australia and the English voice

8. TRIVIA
Shaking the head to mean “no” derives from newborns turning their head away from food when they are full.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Hardships make us strong. Problems give birth to wisdom. Sorrows cultivate compassion. Those who have suffered the most often become the happiest.
