3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Perhaps it's a sign of age that I relish the prospect of days where nothing significant is expected to happen! It's also a sign of being very content in this time and and space! That said, my intuition compels me to move forward, to be aware of opportunities to make a difference doing what I'm good at.

Once you have developed the ability to disentangle your consciousness from your character, you can simply "enjoy the movie". I already know that the mind makes decisions before you are conscious of making a choice, which for me is the "clincher" argument for the universe being a movie already scripted, shot, canned and now simply running on the screen of your consciousness.

This "movie" however has many dimensions, and your experience of it can be enhanced by focus on the positive - what you can and want to do.

6. TODAY'S ONELINER

8. TRIVIA
When it comes time to give birth, the female shark loses her appetite so she won’t be tempted to eat her own pups.

9. ZEN WISDOM
The courage not to bow to pressure, the courage to stand alone, the courage to maintain one’s determination, the courage to look deep into one’s heart and confront one’s own cowardice and arrogance, the courage to challenge difficulties—those who possess this kind of courage are true victors.
