@yorhfn99 @Jadeelliott85 3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATIONIt's a particularly benign peaceful moment in time! I am the enjoying peace of mind that comes from knowing and being. It particularly helps that the three people who live in the house love each other, although Son's demeanor is fragile. Nevertheless, it is only very recently where my home life is free of relationship strife, and it is a prize I am relishing.  I am fully reconciled to the fact that conflict is fundamental to life, and that to have the life you want, you have to fight for it against those with their own agenda. I have ruthlessly purged from my personal life those with nothing positive to offer (mainly blood relatives!) and in other environments inherently hostile, I am without hesitation prepared to wield my Dark Side as a defensive weapon.
I feel particularly privileged to have "got it" when others around me clearly have not, all leading lives of unhappy quiet desperation. The greatest gift of all is to see clearly, knowing why I'm here and what I'm doing, and to have benign circumstances as well is the icing on the cake.  Like everyone else I face threats and challenges, but I know how to respond to them. I know I can be broken, and if I am I will accept that as my destiny. I embrace uncertainty and vulnerability willingly and my mind is consequently free to enjoy all the positives in this life experience.  4.
