3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
After 5 days of early waking, my body clock finally "re-set" and I was woken by the alarm, and had that slightly painful feeling of having to get up - it was a welcome feeling! It's probably no coincidence that my book was finally readied for e-publishing yesterday, so it's just a case of launching/marketing.

After numerous distractions in the week I finally have a whole clear day to get some online self-promotion done, and I intend to take full advantage! I am relishing it - it is after all what I what to do - to market what I'm good at doing.

There are always negative things that could be focused on. Son is having misfit issues at college, and I need to make more money. I have learned however that if there's nothing I can do to address a situation right now to focus on what I CAN do. What brings fulfilment is not the situations you're confronted with but the way you respond to them. I intend to respond well!

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you responding in the best way to the situation you face?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

Just 1 in 20 white American adults is naturally blonde, and roughly the same ratio applies to white northern Europeans, but 1 in 3 white adult females dye their hair a shade of blonde.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Happiness is not found in a tranquil life free of storms and tempests. Real happiness is found in the struggles we undergo to realize our goals, in our efforts to move forward.
