3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
It was slightly unsettling how simply leaving my reading glasses at the Weekend Job completely disrupted my weekend, but at least it ended on a good note, as Sunday evening was thoroughly enjoyable in its cosy normality.

Unlike most of the unsuspecting masses around me, I am thoroughly away of the ephemeral temporary nature of life - that it could end or change at any moment, that everything is impermanent. This has taught me to savour every moment, make the most difference with it and extract the most from it.

I am at the age where change is appearing to accelerate! I have learned to accept it, go with it and adapt to it. Good times or bad, I'm very clear about what am meant to be doing. Unlike previous incarnations of this character, this one is at peace with itself.

4. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Are you at peace with yourself? Are all parts of yourself in harmony?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
What's the difference between ignorance and apathy? I don't know and I don't care.  : D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Adam Hills on Justin Bieber

8. TRIVIA
Plastic bags are easier to recycle and require less energy to produce than paper bags. The problem is that the majority of them are not being recycled, and they bio-degrade thousands of times slower than paper bags.

9. ZEN WISDOM
The biggest obstacles to our progress exist within our own lives in the form of cowardice and the tendency to give up. Breaking through these barriers will unleash a surging wave of change.
