3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
After a busy but smooth shift 2 on the Weekend Job, I was pleased to learn that both children had separately treated Missus well, so with the exception of the poor performance of West Ham United, all is well with my life!

I've decided to have a break from online promotion on Sundays so will spend subsequent Sundays entertaining myself and Missus. Mondays will be devoted to housework, but this will leave me Tuesday, Wednesday afternoon and Thursday to focus on online promotion.

Quality Son time has somewhat "died a death" as he prefers his own tastes in food and entertainment, but we still see each other a lot and get on fine. I tend to let times together now be at his initiative so he feels as comfortable as possible.

I continue to develop well - I was particularly pleased with the way I coped with fatigue at the Weekend Job, and focus is now beginning to significantly shift from situation to response. I use "listening mode" to keep focus on intuition in times of any discomfort, as discomfort is the main trigger for negative chains of thought. I intend this year to be one of significant advance towards my goal of perpetual grounding.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you satisfied with your rate of personal development?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

Dry from mid-morning with sunny spells
Clear skies after dusk
Freezing fog by tomorrow morning
A light initial south-easterly breeze will swing south-westerly by mid-morning and become negligible in the evening.

9. ZEN WISDOM
“What kind of future do I envision for myself? What kind of self am I trying to develop? What do I want to accomplish in my life?” The thing is to paint this vision of your life in your heart as specifically as possible. That “painting” itself becomes the design of your future. The power of the heart enables us to actually create with our lives a wonderful masterpiece in accordance with that design.
