3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Thursday got off to a good start thanks to the power of tadalafil, we flew round ASDA at lightning speed, kept the budget low and got back early enough for me to do the laundry and blogging. I love it when a plan comes together!

It's been made clear to me of late that wellbeing doesn't come by "default". I have to keep regularly doing things to keep mind and body functional. I also have to come to terms with the fact that chemicals are required if I am to keep missus maritally satisfied. You kinda hope that virility will suddenly and magically return, sadly not, as has been demonstrated when the medication wears off. Peanuts help as they contain L-argenine, an essential nutrient in helping you rise to the occasion, but they alone are not enough as I did hopefully think for a while.

However as missus wisely pointed out, she herself needs medication to keep her schizophrenia under control and lots of people need chemicals to function - there's no shame in it. I will therefore keep taking the tablets and doing the disciplines on an ongoing lifelong basis to maximise my enjoyment of life.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
