3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I was quite chuffed with myself at the Weekend Job yesterday with the tight management of my mind, minimizing thought and submitting to intuition. I have learned that this isn't a default mindset, so continual daily and lifelong effort is required to maintain it.

I have learned that a crucial factor in making any sort of progress is faith - you have to believe to get things done. I intend to place absolute blind faith in my intuition as the absolute guide and ruler of this life experience. Because it's not a "default" behaviour, and is instead a continual ongoing choice, a steady stream of mental energy and concentration is required to maintain it. It's very much worth the effort - I enjoy this life-experience much more when my intuition is in charge.

9. ZEN WISDOM
If left in its raw, unpolished form, even the most magnificent gem will not sparkle, and likewise, our abilities must be refined and polished.
