3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Things are settling back to normality after an eventful Easter, with new cats, Missus surgery and having Missus and Son at home all day. Housework has been neglected somewhat as a result and with the Spring thaw finally arriving, both house and garden will need some attention. This is no bad thing as it will get me moving and exercising.

There's something to be said for routine! The structure of it is comforting, so long as you aren't hating large parts of it, which I am grateful to state that I don't.

I am looking forward to a day of just being and making a positive difference.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
How old do you feel?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD
Driving wind and rain first thing.
Rain will clear and wind, though still strong, will ease a little by mid-morning.
Mainly dry with sunny spells for most of the day.
A strong south-westerly will blow throughout.
Heavy showers are likely in the later evening and again early tomorrow morning.
