3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Though there has fortunately been no external impact, it's been a week of being emotionally unsettled, particularly on Saturday, with a general loss of discipline. My training tells me that this is a symptom of having my focus in the wrong place. Daughter Trauma has affected me much more deeply than I like to admit, running round my head like a hamster on a wheel.

With some space and time, I've concluded that I've got "lost in the drama" somewhat, an "occupational hazard" of playing an Earthly role. When your consciousness is spread over several levels at once, it's a question of trial-and-error getting the balance right. Consequently I will be shifting my consciousness upward into the spiritual to restore balance.
