2. TODAY IN MY LIFE

3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Yesterday was most notable for a planned 2-hour afternoon meditation turning into a 3.75 hour sleep with disturbing dream thrown in! I kinda just shrugged my shoulders and figured that I needed it. One good thing about bad dreams is waking to find that life is pretty good! Better that way round!

In the evening, where I had Missus and one of the cats snuggled up to me, and later Son came home proudly clutching the first three tracks of his band's demo, life felt very good indeed! What an honour, priviledge and responsibility to have a loving pivotal role, to be the rock.

Whatever's going on "out there" I have my little bubble of paradise in here and it feels great! My appreciation stems from the experience of the opposite. All things, good and bad, must pass, but I intend to fully soak up and enjoy every moment of life in my little "Love-Bubble" while I can.
