3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
To be honest, Valentine's Day is a kinda drag, an unwanted financial and time distraction. Due to constrained circumstances, romance will be relatively low budget this year, but I will be a faithful trooper and with card and Cadbury's Creme Egg already issued, a Romantic meal for two will be prepared on Missus' return from work.

Morale is somewhat under-strength after recent circumstances, and it's at such times that focus is most important. On the other hand, my emotional resilience has never been stronger than now. I feel that I've been responding in the right way and doing all the right things. It's a time when my beliefs concerning intention, focus and the Law Of Attraction will be put to the test!

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you responding in the right way to the circumstances you face?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD
Foggy start.
Dry and cloudy all day with cloud gradually thinning - sunny spells by sunset
Wind will be moderate and westerly, feeling milder than in recent weeks.
Max Temp = 6 degC
Min Temp = 4 degC

Sunset at:17:14

6. TODAY'S ONELINER

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!

8. TRIVIA
The link between hallucinogenic drugs and dreams has been recognized since the time of the oldest societies. Belladonna was the drug of ancient oracles of Delphi in Ancient Greece, used to induce trances and dreams.
