3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
It may only be a Common Cold but it's most definitely NOT FUN. It cleared out of my nasal passages quite quickly, but my lung-lining is currently regenerating and I'm bringing up all the debris of the infection. I was woken early by a coughing fit and brought up the sum total of a spoonful of unpleasantness over the next hour. The only thing to be said for it is that I'd rather have infected lungs, unpleasant as it is, than infected guts, which is even worse!

I have found that an ibuprofen/paracetamol combo is great for the symptoms, but I'm holding back taking it until around 90 minutes before my first client today to be at peak performance for the sessions.

It was not a particularly productive day yesterday as I strove to get out of my system two online issues irrelevant to my advancement but which I was passionate about. I achieved what I set out to do and still had time to meet the minimum requirements housekeeping and business-wise, so I feel surprisingly fulfilled! Today focus is back on "important" stuff.
