3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Yesterday's wedding anniversary was a spectacular success. Cards were exchanged, flowers were delivered, 3-course meal went to perfection - missus very happy! But no sex though! We were both too full-up and too tired, but fortunately this bothered neither of us. There had been bonking aplenty earlier in the week.

A severe hacking cough is the only fly in my ointment at this moment. Though I am very familiar with these periods, they still have the capacity to make me feel fed-up, sore and drained of my energy. I don't want to keep bashing my liver with painkillers, and will reserve them for client sessions.

Other than the milk run, I have ample time to myself today, so will just rest and use Reiki techniques on my lungs. I'm pretty much lumbered until the lung lining has regenerated itself, so I'll take the opportunity to focus on that process.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
