3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I never thought I'd be so glad to see a proper poo! : D
In the course of this infection, I have learned that a stool does not indicate recovery - I had yet to have two successive "untroubled" bathroom visits since Wednesday, but this morning I finally did, a tad on the uncomfortable and stringy side, but stools nonetheless. Onwards and upwards from here then!

Though it's been a financially expensive five days due to lost earnings, we can afford it and missus has loved me being at home, though I've spent most of it sleeping and sitting. I am of course not at all sorry to have missed both shifts of the Weekend Job.

Today seems to be the turning point, so I will encourage it by resting, meditating and doing little apart from some ironing, and then make a fresh start on Monday.
