3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
With a day devoted to housework yesterday, and order restored after a week devoted to family rather than other matters, I am freed up to pursue self-development today. Losing weight, getting fit, promoting my Practice and Reiki partnership and raising my consciousness are my short-term targets between now and next Summer.

I am enjoying immensely encouraging and supporting others, and living out my chosen life-purpose, to make a difference. I am noticing that there is a growing movement online who subscribe to the Attitude of Gratitude. I am convinced that it is the mother of all attitudes. Only gratitude brings that peace of mind that we all seek, and attracts joy and abundance into your life. Gratitude is true and tenable - there is no pretence or fear of being wrong, and it places your focus exactly where it should be - on right here and right now.

It is attitude rather than aptitude that determines your altitude.
