3. TODAY’S SELF-OBSERVATION
Practicality kinda went to pot yesterday as the day was spent with people. I spent the morning indulging my interests on the laptop then had quality time with Son and all evening with missus in front of the telly - and regret none of it! My childhood experiences taught me that what really matters is relationships - that is what life is about, and that's what needs to get the lion's share of your time.

Considering that missus is a paranoid schizophrenic, it's rather suprising how successful our marriage is. Though there have been plenty of tears and trauma, we've come through and where we're at now is a really good place. Life is good right now, and only right now matters.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Is your life spent doing what's really important?
