3. TODAY’S SELF-OBSERVATION
It's the start of missus half-term holiday today, so there will be less freedom than I have been enjoying! However it means 5am weekday starts are not compulsory (though I woke up that time anyway this morning).

Though I have embraced uncertainty as a way of life, that does not mean it stops becoming scary on occasion. However I have learned not to kneel to fear - I feel it but carry out my intention anyway. I continue to be grateful for the cosy abundant experience of the present moment.

It's the beginning of the four "committed" days of the week, where my actions are mostly set, but I will also use the time to keep focused on my intentions.
