2. TODAY IN MY LIFE
With Son away and missus at home, a "marital quality time" day is likely, with intermittent me-time.

3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
For some time, intimacy with missus had frankly been hard work, but being liberated from taking the precautions has transformed the experience! The reality is it feels a thousand times better, and faking is no longer necessary. Tadalafil is still required to guarantee everything works, but the prospect is no longer evoking Performance Anxiety. I can just relax and rise to the occasion as required.

Considering she is a Paranoid Schizophrenic and I am her carer, it is astonishing how spectacularly successful and happy the relationship is. I rather like being worshipped and adored and making such a vital difference. Even more incredibly, she holds down a full-time job, enabling me to be full-time carer/housekeeper, hold down the Weekend Job and run my Practice. I rather like the idea of an "experience" with someone who has all their marbles, but I could never use the excuse of being unhappy.

The only problem with being at home most of the time is that I have "let myself go" a bit. Diet and exercise have been neglected, and from today I intend to restore balance and adress these issues.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
How are you going to use the positive aspects of your life to take your life forward?

8. TRIVIA
The world's hardest crossword puzzles according to experts appear in two British newspapers: The Times and Observer. Only few readers can complete these and it takes them 2 to 3 hours. The record time for completing a "Times" puzzle was an incredible 3 minutes and 45 seconds by a British diplomat named Roy Dean in 1970.
